The hotel provided daily cleaning of rooms and had helpful and cheerful staff. The location of the hotel was very close to the beach, which was convenient.- There was a 24-hour supermarket nearby, as well as many places to easily change money without any commission.
The hotel lacked an elevator and the WiFi was weak, requiring the purchase of WiFi cards at the reception. The swimming pool closed early at 5pm, which was a bit disappointing.

I liked location and a general idea of a cheap hotel near the sea with minimum required facilities, and in case of everything worked well it could be a very nice hotel.
I did not like that the lamps did not work, canalization was clogged, shower leaked, cleaners entered the room when I was there just after a short knock at the door without giving me time to put on cloths or saying that I did not want them, the boiled buckwheat was sour, blanket cover was without a hole for blanket, etc. However, the personnel on receiption was rather polite and tried to do their best to correct situations.

The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, at all times of the day or night.
The building is very old and in dire need of renovation. The furniture is old, the carpets in the hallways are torn, and there is internet only available in the lobby of the hotel. If you park your car in the hotel's parking lot, you have to wait for someone to unchain the entrance, otherwise you cannot drive out.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach on the Black Sea coast. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were also pleased to find parking available and convenient transportation options nearby. The best part was the helpful and cheerful staff who made our experience even more enjoyable.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The only thing we liked about this hotel is his location (very close to the sea)
We eat the same breakfast every day, same egs, same gem, same chease, same bread (one morning there was moldy bread. They changed it to late, without apologising), no fruits, no natural coffee. After 8:00, you have almost nothing to eat, so be there before 8. The room was almost clean. The pool is not the one from the pictures. They changed it with a much smaller one, without filters and did not smell like a clean one. No remote control for the tv. No playground for children. I dont know how they got the 3 stars.... 2* should be more than enough. I will never go again to this hotel and I'm not recommending it to anyone.

The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and had friendly staff who were always willing to help. the rooms were tidy, the air conditioning was a plus, and there were even TVs and fridges. One of the best aspects was the daily cleaning service and the 24-hour supermarket just a few steps away.
